What are the sessions like?
Each session lasts 50 minutes and includes:
Initial Analysis and Evaluation
Chiara will assess your current level, strengths, weaknesses, and mobility to personalize the session according to your needs.
Drills and Technical Exercises
Specific work to improve movement mechanics, identifying common errors and applying effective corrections.
Strength and Control Development
Strength exercises applied to movement, adapted progressions and activation work to improve stability and control.
Integration into Training
Simulation of movements in a context of fatigue or high intensity to improve efficiency in WODs.
Work Plan and Recommendations
You will receive guidance on which exercises and progressions to follow after the session to continue improving on your own.
